All our furniture is assembled by method of Mortise-and-Tenon joints. By fitting these pieces perfectly into each other it ensures a stronger joint, and therefore guarantees the quality of craftsmanship. These joints are among the strongest joints in exclusive woodworking.

In order to exercise control of every aspect of the manufacturing process, each piece is individually hand crafted with attention to detail, assembled and smoothly finished by hand.
Because we believe in quality rather quantity, we only use the best material available to compliment our range and therefore prefer to use Balau wood.

Balau is a beautiful weather resistant tropical hardwood that requires no care or maintenance to preserve its strength and to survive the harsh African weather conditions. As it weathers over time it changes to a naturally aged silver-grey look.

These sets can be combined to suit your needs. The benches can also double up as side tables or can be replaced with chairs.
